Returns & Exchanges Period

We offer a 14-day return and exchange window starting from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging with all tags attached

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email returns@ligne.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return/exchange. We will provide instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect the returned item.

  • Processing typically takes 14 working days (up to 30 during busy periods).

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on product availability.

  • If the desired size or color is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  • Shipping for exchanges is complimentary within standard shipping regions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a prepaid return and provide a replacement or refund at no cost.
